911 received a weird call from a 17 yr. old girl who told the operator that she was too drunk to drive. So the cops came to her rescue and found her parked with the keys in her purse. Although she was not cited for drunken driving she did however failed a sobriety test and was arrested for failing to have control of her vehicle while intoxicated.

I was just wodnering why did she call 911 to herself? Why didn’t she called her friends or parents to come and picked her up? Also why didn’t the cops cited her for underage drinking? She is only 17! Did she get a bargain by turning herself in?
