Beware using your middle finger in public …twice… you could be charged and escorted out from the facilities. Take this man from New Hampshire, who has been jailed on a felony charged of violating a protective order after  he showed his pointy middle finger to the person who filed against him.

The middle finger pointer was escorted out from the restaurant and  police said that  a violation of protective order charges can be brought as felonies when the allegations are second offenses … Ohhh scary now I have to watch out  flipping the birdie and start using my fore- finger instead so I can have a very solid reason to get away from the charges.. I’ll  just say that I didn’t flip, I was trying to dig!
