almondI love snacking on different kind of nuts! Don’t be too dirty minded , I am talking about peanuts, walnuts and almond nuts! But my favorite one is the Almond nut. It is very high in protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin E, and other antioxidants. Also a good source of protein and fiber. A study conducted at the University of Toronto, people who had high cholesterol that eating one ounce of almonds daily, along with other heart-healthy foods can reduced LDL (bad) cholesterol.Almonds help prevent osteoporosis and they regulate blood pressure. Research has uncovered that eating up to about two ounces of almonds daily does not cause weight gain and can even help in weight management. It is a good snack for people who always on the go and it is good for you.
