Prosecutors are in big victory today against failed swindler Bernard Madoff. A  brave U.S. District Judge Denny Chin issued a maximum 150 years in prison for Madoff and a warning to Madoff wanna-be.

“Here the message must be sent that Mr. Madoff’s crimes were extraordinarily evil and that this kind of manipulation of the system is not just a bloodless crime that takes place on paper, but one instead that takes a staggering toll,” Chin said.”

Judged also stripped Madoff’s properties including real estates, investments and his boats. The wife claimed that she own worth of $80 Million in assets ( YEAH RIGHT!) but the order left her with $2.5 M.. shizz that is still big for her!She also claimed that the man she married is not the one that is caught left-handed and that she too felt betrayed! WHATEVER! I wonder if somebody really believed her yapping~

Madoff then spoke and apologized to the crime that he did and that he is embarrassed and tormented for the pain he caused to the people he stole from. Well, hello of  course you feel sorry .. you feel sorry coz u got caught! You never felt sorry for many years of stealing dinghole!  So good job Judge Denny Chin, for putting your foot down and giving him the maximum penalty that he deserved… Props  to the fierce Judge Denny Chin!!!

Sentencing for world famous Swindler Bernard Madoff will be tomorrow! Madoff pleaded guilty last march for swindling thousands of people including famous stars like Kevin Bacon and his wife and Steven Spielberg his Dreamworks partner Jeffrey Katzenberg and screenwriter Eric Roth. The guy needs serious help if he thought that he will never get busted!  I have to give him credit for almost getting away with it and by actually living the millionaire life by fooling other people.

However, wouldn’t be lounging by pool side and sipping margaritas anytime soon and probably will have to start forgetting about all the perks that he is used to because according to news,

“Prosecutors are seeking a 150-year prison sentence. The defense has asked for a 12-year term because of Madoff’s age. The judge has ordered the 71-year-old Madoff to forfeit $171 billion.”

Hehehe good-luck in getting the last part! but whatever, the guy seriously needs to be in Jail  for.. forever!
