I am making a promise to myself to work very hard to loose some of my excess weight this summer.My friend told me about fat burners like Stimerex ES but I wanted to work it out using the traditional way first. I have been working out at least 3x a week and I am planning to add more days into that.I didn’t toss out the food that I love though. I have been eating what I want but I stopped when I get full. I have also been drinking a lot of water and avoiding sodas and other carbonated drinks. I limited my sweets to a less fat and fat free products like fruit bars and frozen yogurts. My whole body is sore from exercising but it does feel good after breaking a sweet!
