Walk

I read this article on a magazine on how walking made this woman shed 50 pounds! She didn’t use any best fat burners that you see on TV . She modified her eating habit a bit like eating grilled fish instead of TV dinners and fruits instead of chips. Articles like this one actually inspire me to do the same thing. Instead of obsessing what to eat or what to take, instead she started walking on a nearby park and made herself commit to walk at least an hour a day and she did it! Lost more than she wanted.  I really want to try walking  an hour see if it will work for me too!
