My children are doing a great job in terms on their musical endeavor. My daughter who is taking piano lesson is doing a great job but she’s only been going for a year and only had 1 recital so far. My son who is 7th grade is a busier one, he plays at the regular band and a jazz band at school. My younger son had his first string concert at school last month and he is currently playing the violin. We put him on a guitar lesson last year but he it didn’t last long not because he didn’t wanna play guitar, but we bought him a bigger guitar than he can handle and I think it was hard to grasp and made him a little disappointed with it. He still have his guitar in his room and told us that he doesn’t have any plan of getting rid of it for he want to try it again. I don’t know when but he doesn’t want to get rid of it and he also told us that he sometimes pick it up and play looking at his old tutor book as an aide. We are happy that they are engage into music but we regret getting my younger son an instrument bigger that caused him frustration in learning to play a very wonderful instrument but like he said, time will come and so we shall wait!

Shameless is back and I am loving it though I missed the latest episode but I will make sure that I will be able to watch it this week.
Anyway, I have last Christmas was a blast. Although not all of us got what we had on our list like someone wanted a hydraulic hose and a new LCD TV but it was nevertheless fun! I actually got an ice cream maker which I have been wanting to get myself. My kids are already bombarding me onto making some ice cream already but I had to tell them that they just have to wait until it’s nice outside. I want to make it outside as you know it can be messy and I don’t want to make a mess in my kitchen floor. The kids each got what they wanted and it was wonderful seeing them so very happy. We also got a puppy, a toy poodle and she is a feisty one! She was oh so shy at first but now she’s just a spoiled little doggy but my children adored her also she is sweet just like a little child; kept wanting to be in someone’s company and never wanted to be left alone by herself. She doesn’t even like to sleep on her own bed coz she wants to cuddle with a human being. My children all said that it was the best Christmas ever and I am happy to hear them say it.

Christmas is over and I am waiting for the New Year to come and then I will take my tree down! It is somewhat unbelievable that today is the last Thursday of the year 2011 and we are gradually living the day til the year is over and we will welcome the year 2012! WOW it is a mouthful but it will be a blessing to welcome that year! Another year, another possibility and brand new hope emerges!Here’s my entry for today Thursday 13!

*** Things to do before welcoming the New Year***

Clean every room in the house!
Throw away broken stuff.. any broken things.
Finish all the laundry.
Put away all the clothes.
Buy 12 round fruits.
Gather information on how to make eyelashes longer.
Buy noodles and other ingredients for New Year Eve’s dinner.
Clean my car.. vacuum and take to the car wash.
Take coats to the cleaners.
Buy noisy stuff for New Year’s Eve party.
Finish my assignments.
Take kids to Game Stop for their games.
Bake a cake for New Year’s Eve party dessert.

Do you know that next week is Christmas Day already? I mean time is just zooming so fast that sometimes how much time we want things to be here and when it’s here, it always surprise us! Well, like I said it’s Sunday and here’s my entry for Sunday Stealing’s The Community Meme:

1. As a blogger, what do you draw inspirations from for your posts?
*Well this is somewhat a personal blog so I based it on my everyday life and whatever is going around the world that also affect me.

2. If you could swap blogs with another blogger for a post, who would you switch with and why?
*It had to be some techy or some blog about important things in the world and I don’t really have any idea who.

3. If your blog had a theme song, what would it be? Why?
*What’s going on ♪.. What’s going on ♪

4. What is your writing process for a post?
*Depends on what is it I am in the mood for.

5. Your blog requires a cute, new, mascot – what would it be?
* a cute squirrel or a toy poodle.

6. Do you feel you express your “true self” on your blog?
* Not as I want to be because this blog should not have a lot of profanity…

7. What is your biggest online pet-peeve?
*That you have to be logged in to google account in order to comment in some people’s blog! It really is annoying!

8. If you could live in a fictional universe, where would you live? Why?
* In a world were no wars and no stupid people allowed!

9. You’re having a bad day, you’re upset, you’re angry, or you’re sad – what is your go-to comfort?
*Cleaning! haha really that is true but I gotta have my music on..

* Nothing really–it’s all crap!

11. If they were to make a movie based on your life, who would play you, your leading lady/man, your best friend, and your rival?
* I don’t want to replay it like it’s some kind of a Deja Vu going through it all watching it all over again no thanks!

12. Do you think the world is going to end in 2012?
* I don’t mind if it will be but I doubt it… We’ll never know!

13. If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?
* I would be crafty and progressive. I would love to learn how to build things, my favorite toy would be including receiprocal saw, welding helmet, Electric drill and a hammer!

14. What is your favorite season and why?
* Fall coz it’s not too hot and not too cold all you need is a light jacket and an awesome pair of boots!

15. You’ve been bitten by a vampire. Would you fight it with all your undead being or would you embrace it for all it is worth?
*I would embrace the heck out of it!

16. Have you personally met any of your blogger friends?
* Couple of them… which is really sad isn’t it?

17. What does your favorite pair of underwear look like?
* Pink, has lace and it says Calvin Klein on it.

18. Have you ever drank something right from the container in the refrigerator knowing other people will have to drink out of the same container later?
*I have but I made sure I drank it all and I felt dirty and guilty! Something I don’t want to do in a daily basis.. I think I only tried 2x. NO.. I am not a goody 2 shoes.

19. What is your favorite word and explain why?
*I have plenty but it’s not very pretty to hear.

20. 2011 is soon coming to a close, is there anything you’d like to do different on your blog in the year 2012?
*Yeah maybe a new look… when I gather lots of time and energy to do it!

It’s Thursday and here’s my entry for Thursday 13! The things that I am going to do before next Thursday!

Clean my house!
Do laundry and put away folded clothes.
Help my friend bake a Carrot Cheesecake, her dish to bring to her in-laws.
Go grocery shopping.
Finish all my assignment.
Go shopping!
Wash linens.
Take coats to the cleaners.
Blog
Go to my doctor.
Attend my son’s first string concert ♥.
Try to get tickets to see the Nutcracker.

It snowed earlier today and before that it rained too! I am just glad that I didn’t have to go anywhere today, I hate driving in snow much more with rain with it.
Here’s my entry for Sunday Stealing’s The Blue Memory Pt.1 :

1) If the whole world were listening to you right now, what would you say?
* I’ll say Shut the hell up and stop complaining! Imagine the lives of our ancestors, I think they will be more gracious and thankful if they have the privileges that we have right now that we take advantage of!

2) If you could meet anyone on this earth, who would it be?
*I don’t know.. maybe the Clintons & the Jolie-Pitts?

3) You just got a free plane ticket to anywhere. You have to depart right now. Where are you gonna go?
* Probably to the Philippines. I love Christmas in Philippines no bull-crap, no worries about what to put under the tree. everybody seems to be happy even when they don’t have enough money. They have the spirit of Christmas while we stressed about it!

4) What do you think about most?
* What will the future hold.

5) You have the opportunity to spend a romantic night with the music celebrity of your choice. Who would it be?
*I don’t know. I don’t find any musician that I like enough to be in a romantic date. I definitely don’t care for country musician. I’ll pick Michael Buble I guess… he seems nice and gentleman and I love standard and oldies song.

6) You can erase any horrible experience from your past. What will it be?
*Ahhh that’s for me to ponder.

7) What’s your strangest talent?
* I don’t have any talents whatsoever! Seriously!

What would be a question you’d be afraid to tell the truth on?
* Still not sharing it with anyone!

* Yes… I don’t know if it was original but someone sent me a love letter when i was in high School. I had my clues to who it came from but I didn’t get a chance to find out who, I moved to another school.

* yesterday..

* yes! I don’t know if it’s strange but I don’t like my head to be covered nor my feet uncovered!

* Roman Catholic though I don’t go to church like I’m supposed to.

* Walking…

Happy Thanksgiving day everyone♥! I am very thankful for what I have now especially my family and I hope that you are also focus on what you have at this moment instead of what you don’t have. I am thankful for everything although it would be nice to be with our extended families to share this special day with us but I am thankful otherwise for everybody’s good health even though they are miles away from us. I miss being with extended families because it’s like a mini reunion where you get to see your uncles and cousins too. I can imagine my great uncle smoking alec bradley cigars while telling his countless tales about his childhood and his days in the military and asking my great aunt if he could get the first of her delicious turkey. I do miss being with them but I am happy where I am right now with my husband and three children.. Happy Thanksgiving everyone ♥

We survived the day at the grocery store this afternoon even with 3 kids towed! We just pick whatever we had on our list and we got out as fast as we could. yes we actually bought our list with us! Usually I write everything that I needed and then I usually leave it in the house or in the car so this time, my husband was in charged with the list so I don’t have to be accountable again.

right now? I am obsessed with boots, I have 2 ankle boots, 1 sheepskin winter boots and I am trying to get me one of those cute riding boots, so yeah I am pretty obsessed of it right now!.

* Yes a couple of people told me that although I don’t really think, I look like those celebrity.

*Nobody!It’s midnight I don’t wanna see anybody!

Ever had a near death experience?
* Yes twice when I was in Kindergarten I was knocked-out for 3 days because I hit my head on the concrete and when I almost fell down the cliff.. Literally I was holding the ground and had my 2 cousins helped me up.. I think that was karma!!

*Not really although loving someone who doesn’t love you back really sux!

* Yes a bunch of times!

*I don’t know who dies anymore!

Another November Saturday and my 2 children are enjoying their playdates, my oldest son is busy playing his game and I am having a break from cleaning! I have been washing dirty clothes all day and my next target would be washing all the linens. Speaking of them I also need to buy new ones because I am actually am tired looking at the same things over & over but I guess I just have to wait until I can find a good deal. I like to keep up with my family and friends from time to time and I am so glad that global communication is a lot easier in this century! We have got to express our appreciation to the geniuses who created the internet and it’s mass social network creators! Now you can pretty much do anything! Communicate to anyone and basically anywhere. You can even like their pages, tweet to company’s update and products like the ProFlowers on Twitter, Blockbuster and almost all business I can think of. You have questions or complaints? go tweet or post and someone in that company will get in touch with you unlike going through the traditional way. technology is just becoming more awesome!
